Phew

Mike & I have worked like Trojans today. This whole area was covered with decking, under which we discovered a huge amount of rubble, a small patio dating from I don't know when and in parts there were two layers of concrete. We've moved it all aided by a pick axe and a sledge hammer and we've filled a skip to the brim. Go us!

Lots of work to do before the new patio goes down next weekend but a great effort even if I do say so myself. Both shattered now and maybe unable to lift the kettle in the morning......
