Emergency Dahlia

There has just been too much sport on today for any time to blip.

This morning we went to a local nursery and bought loads of cheap flowers, including dahlias at £2.00 for 16, bargain. Then we watched the tennis final and the Tour de France. In between we managed a delicious roast dinner. I feel very full and very sluggish from sitting in front of the telly all day!

At some point soon, I need to start thinking about my fitness levels. Not today though.
