Allez Le Tour

Today I have sat in front of the TV for about 6 hours watching the Tour de France whilst eating biscuits, crisps and chocolates plus large cups of coffee. I now feel very very full and somewhat uncomfortable.
I think I should get the bike out of retirement at the back of the shed and work off some of this excess blubber. I should, but its not likely to happen.
