Etna

Currently 3,329 m (10,922 ft) high and growing, Mount Etna is one of the most active volcanoes in the world and is in an almost constant state of activity. Etna must rank as one of Europe’s most dangerous places to take a stroll. Here we are near the summit some 6 days after the last eruption.
