Massage, massage, and more massage!!

Today was the Bewl 15 - a mostly off road race around Bewl Water, which sits on the border of Sussex and Kent. I used to run it regularly, but the Race Director cannily got me involved in providing a pre -post race massage when I was expecting Noo. He gets me signed up early in the season these days, and he does so (he says) so that the ladies in his club can win more points (I used to score quite highly!) I might fox him next year by running the race!! but today I made do with massaging a steady stream of runners. Countless!! I was at it (along with 3 others) from 8.30 til about 3pm. My hands are now as soft as a baby's bottom :)

GravyC balanced babysitting Noo with nipping around the course in 2 hours (he did have some assistance!) I chose to come home for refreshments before my 9 mile run this eve....
