Roses

A very quiet day which started with yoga. I slept for most of the day after that and realised that I need to get back to exercise again.
The evening was spent catching up with friends from the dive club. Trev was back from New Zealand and JB made it over from Newbury - good fun evening.

The roses are a stunning colour and came from the local florists - they have asked for photos when they really open up. I am enjoying them. The next challenge is to start selecting flowers that will go together rather than a number of one flower.
