Weekend in the countryside

Our weekend of fun continued from the previous night - with a lot of relaxation in beautiful sunshine and some furniture shopping and castle visiting, before a wine tasting meal in the evening of lamb and halibut, accompanied with various wines including one bottle from 1966! Hard to believe our glasses were full of grapes grown from decades before my birth..

I had to nip out from dinner before pudding was served, because the light was so nice outside. Here is our neighbouring field.
