Right to Roam
Being an immigrant to Scotland and the UK I have a different insight into the referendum. Having lived through a referendum in my own country I know that whatever the outcome there will be changes that will affect not only the area involved in the referendum, but also the surrounding areas. With any change there are benefits, compromises and sacrifices. In light of this I decided to highlight some of the things that I feel make this country great. It's easy to take things for granted, but when compared to other countries there are many benefits in Scotland.
The first thing I would like to appreciate is the right to roam. This photo was take at an estate house near my home. There is a public footpath that goes through this private property. There are so many great places in Scotland to enjoy nature, beautiful settings and clean air all made possible by Scotland's right to roam.
