Craggy Woods

A short but very rewarding walk - wonderful ( and unexpected ) views from the top of the woods, without a great deal of effort!
Here looking across at Crinkle Crags and the Langdale Pikes in the distance, but in front of us we also had stunning views of the Kentmere horseshoe.
A great day out, and sun in the afternoon rather than the threatened rain, topped by a lovely meal with friends. Back only just in time to blip...
