it's all a blur

they go so fast!! Almost everyone in the office was standing by the windows (for ages!) and then it was over already.
But there was also some off-road action. A man dropped his newspaper and book - on the northern pavement next to two yellow-jacketed marshalls - and 6 officers swarmed around him, dragged him off and slapped on handcuffs! I suppose they had to react in case it was a threat, but luckily it wasn't.
