Feeling a little tired today after a slight over indulgence yesterday. Thank you for your kind wishes.

Managed a very easy run at lunchtime, but legs still feeling it after saturday.

So, off to watch the highlights of the TDF, which I think must have passed quite close to my parents' house today.
