MonoMonday: The Road to Valle De Abdalajis

After last night's BBQ I can agree with Steve's assertion that a mixture of brandy & port in equal (and very large!) measures does wonders for the digestion; unfortunately, it doesn't do much for the ability to talk coherently and walk in a straight line.

It's not unconnected that we had another quiet day by the pool, where I managed to finish 2 books, Stuart Maconie's Never Mind The Quantocks and Chris Stewart's third book about his life in Spain, The Almond Blossom Appreciation Society, which was on the bookshelf here and seemed an appropriate read, as someone else had evidently thought.

We took a stroll down to the village for a few essentials and this chance to take today's MonoMonday entry. No sign of Bing, Bob or Dorothy though.
