Bizarre blip....

I'm really struggling at the moment with work and the inability to switch off. I can honestly say that the happiest I have been at work is when I was newly qualified and the only thing I worried about was that my patients were well looked after. Unfortunately when you climb the ladder in nursing you move further away from your patients and spend your days trying to influence the nurses and dealing with lots of politics!
