Rrrrrowwwl!

Spent my lunch break in the museum. Once I brought back with me the idea of fifty different birds from across the globe called 'robin' - cultural imperialism at its worst! Today I brought home a half forgotten childhood fear of 'banana spiders' that I expected to find inside the peel (from a display of 'imported insects' that had arrived in banana boxes) and an enduring image of pinned insects that looked like they'd been pinned to stop them escaping...Oh, and this ferocious-looking tiger.
