I can't resist these seedheads.

A lovely lunch with Lisa, a dear colleague from where I used to work. Lots of catching up to do, and lots to eat. Very nice treat indeed. It's been lovely meeting up with her and Bittersweet over the last couple of days - keeping me in touch with my old working life while I settle into the new one.
