Off we go..

Click, click....the pedals snap onto out cleats and we are off.

An interesting day of biking in the hills and valleys of the Auvergne, we went up on some serious climbs of over 10 k length and awesome steepness. This of course leads to some wonderful down hills that well and truly showed me my skill level....and fear level too!

Coffee shops and stopping to get picnic stuff made for welcome rests to tired legs until we made our way to Tulle.....where many beers were had!
