Swans chasing Sami

Late in the evening we (Leevi) drove to Koukkujärvi lake for a walk. Anssi and Fanny joined us too. It was the most beautiful and warm evening. Two whooper swans floated towards us. Sami jumped into the water and swam determinedly straight on them. Swans were noisy and shrieked loudly and continued their race towards Sami and us. Sami saw it best to turn back and quickly return to the bank of the lake. Sami barked them but the swans didn't mind. Later we saw also the other swan couple and those four had a small fight. Unfortunately no sharp pictures of that fight, I was too far away. But it was great sight to see and to hear. They settled down and we left.

Earlier in the evening I met my artist friends at Anne's. In the noon I had a pleasant lunch date with take away salads at Sorsapuisto with Pia.

All in all, this had been a wonderful wonderful sunny and warm day.
