The good thing about working at a Japanese restaurant? Is getting to try the Sake that is leftover due to the amount remaining not being enough for consumption by our customers.
Its also good since it gives me a chance to try them out so I can then recommend according to the type of Sake that our customers would like to try. Most of them have never tried Sake before and want something quiet refreshing and easy to drink. Whilst there are some that have tried lots of different types and enjoy very dry Sakes that have a strong after taste.
What would I recommend? Don't ask me that yet, there's still lots more on our list that I've yet to drink (I mean sample) through.
