Speaks for itself

We are loving our holiday here. After a lazy morning at the pool, Katie and I went horse riding for two and a half hours. I am not a horsewoman so it really was a horse walk, but fantastic nevertheless. We rode through the nature reserve which is a desert/ dune landscape, past the salt pans , over to the east coast of the island , where we rode along the beach before returning a similar way. I am already sore and stiffening up. Goodness knows how I will feel in the morning !!
