La Tour de France

What a day.

Started with a great boot session first thing this morning...followed by a run.

Home, showered and changed...off to work at fat club....I lost weight!

Home changed into my cycling clothes and cycled across town to see la Tour de France. What a sight, what great speed. I'll probably never get another chance to see anything like this. I loved it.

Home and changed...off to meet my friend Julie who has just come back from holiday...we needed a drink and a catch up.

Home and changed into my costume as I was meeting another friend for a swim around the lake.

Home...to a houseful of people. A young girl had driven into the bridge that crosses our river. Poor thing was in a state of shock. My husband and son were taking good care of her, her friend seemed fine. Another young lad came to take her to the hospital. Her car is still in our driveway as the wheel has fallen off!

Showered and changed yet again as my husband, my friend, son and sons friends decided we needed to go to the local pub after all that.

Home and changed for bed.

Today I ran, cycled and swam....does that mean I've done my triathlon ;)
