Just one dock further than The Albert Dock (worth a walk along the River Mersey Walkway) or if driving from Albert Dock head out on the Otterspool road first right the Liverpool water sports place is on the left, if you continue round the road you end up at a pub nice place to grab some lunch a glug or two then walk back on week days - sat/sun if theres room you can park alongside the centre to grab your blips
The best thing about this place they are towed on cables and they end up tracking backwards and forwards plenty of time to work out what they'll likely to do and plan your blips to catch them lifting or landing on the jumps
