Cooling

It has been so hot and the humidity is really bad. It feels like I am breathing steam, so we didn't feel like going for a long walk.

I collected Dina just after work and then we went to the lake for a swim. It was the best way to exercise the dogs today and they really enjoyed it.

My cold is better again today, which is really nice. I am coughing a bit and sneezing, but all in all I feel quite ok. My friend Helle has had a sore throat and is feeling unwell today though. Whoooops! Sorry Helle! I didn't mean to give it to you!
