Ooh hello.........

This week sees the lead up to the air show, so I will warn you that my blips will be full of grainy, slightly out of focus jets for a couple of weeks!
I think this is one of the typhoon fighters. It has been practicing its display, climbing vertically, while spinning.
It must be completely terrifying to be in a war situation where these jets are active!The noise of just one is phenomenal and more than one, added to the sound of gunfire and rocket blasts must be totally overwhelming.

However, at the show there will also be the Red Arrows, and the Vulcan, the Spitfire and the Lancaster Bomber, and there are moments when it is it is a heart stopping and very emotional display.

I can't help but be excited! :-)
