Oxford

Met up with an old University friend in Oxford. No train connections east to west, and no way can I last 2 hours on a bus (motion sickness). But a nice lady at the Council advised me which Park and Ride to go to that had an area my motorhome (our only vehicle) would fit into (i.e. no height restrictions).

So had a good few hours catching up over lunch and strolling round the colleges and watching students who'd just finished their exams letting off steam.

This is a view which captures what comes to many people's minds when they think of Oxford: old buildings and bicycles.
