Birthday Roses

Today my mother is 88 years old and part of her present was a bunch of roses. I took a picture of the flowers but it looked so plain - so I've put a poster edges filter on it!

The district nurse rang her this morning to wish her happy birthday - she thought she said she was coming Thursday! Could you guess she's deaf? I had to ring the nurse back to find out what she actually said.
