Wear your heart on your sleeve

No real captures today out on my walk around work - very boring for a blip today. Playing again with the macro lens and thought I'd give it a bash with one of my wife's bracelets.

This is one of the definitions of what "Wear your heart on your sleeve" means:

"People who wear their heart on their sleeve do not hold back their emotions, for good or for bad. It is clear how they feel in each moment."

This is somewhat true for me. If I'm upset, happy or just want to have a good old winge I express it. I'm a guy and some guys like to have a little cry at Short Circuit II where Jonny Five gets beaten up, eh?
