Gin and Tonic Cake Recipe

I spotted this recipe on line last week and promised my big sister that I'd make it for her visit and as she has just arrived it's just as well I got down to it! One is for eating and one is being frozen for a girly get together once everyone home from their holidays. Do you think it will make it till then?

Another day of sunshine and showers but we fitted in 2 dog walks in the dry so we're happy with that!

My mum's 70th birthday tomorrow so a wee family dinner planned. Presents are wrapped and cards written so I think we're all organised :-)
