Wibbly wobbly
I caught the train to London at 8.47am after a civilised Costa at the station and then walked the 5 mins to the BMA, where the conference I was attending today was held. A conference about Charity Land and Buildings. It was a very interesting day and I met some useful contacts, who may hopefully be potential future clients. I'll need to do some targeted follow up over the coming weeks.
I got the 4.43pm home again and popped into Asda for some eggs just as the heavens opened. My blip is through the windscreen as it was far too wet to go anywhere for at least 10 minutes. As ever with blip, I took the opportunity to really and truly watch the ordinary world go by from a different perspective, while trying to get an interesting shot.
On arrival home, I caught up briefly with L and J but then retired straight to my room, where I've changed the bed, had the obligatory 'new sheets' shower, heard the Archers, done a bit of online shopping and will now watch a bit of iplayer and read, before an early night.
It's been very pleasant to have a varied, unrushed and informative day away from the usual grind.
