An amazing life

Today I went to a very moving goodbye to a wonderful lady who I was privileged to have met. She came to England as war engulfed Europe. Her mother died in a concentration camp because she was the wrong religion. England gave her a home and here she bought up her family. Goodbye Edith - you will remain in our hearts as your boat sails away over the horizon. x
