I know, I know another beach shot. But look....no dog!

Don't worry nothing sinister has happened, I just managed to get them out of shot for once! And look at the sea....proper blue sea. Sea the colour sea should be. Not grimy green or battleship grey but proper blue! A rarity indeed! And if you had seen the rain this morning you would not have expected it to turn around so nicely!

There seems to be a bit of an upset occurring on the TV with the footie thing tonight. Lots of people with their faces painted green and yellow crying.....the Germans are showing no mercy!

A good excuse for me to catch up with your journals! Hope you all had a lovely sunny evening too!

As I write this another two goals have been scored by the Germans. Mr Lif needs wine and Jake is pondering how he will coach the young kids at footie on tomorrow's theme of "Brazil". I have suggested taking tissues....
