I enjoyed the peace of early morning. This bouquet caught the first light of day.

Now the painters are back to complete the painting of the house begun in late summer last year. It will be a joy to have it all done. For the moment my house numbers, the downspouts and the mailbox are all collecting dust on the ground.

Today, I very much needed an afternoon nap but the din outside was so disturbing as the unexpected duo began their tasks......
