Sitting down and relaxing is not something that comes naturally to me.

After the day I've had at work I am looking forward to going. News of the day is that the guy who I was meeting in Glasgow tomorrow handed in his notice at 4.50pm today. I think he was probably hoping that I would decide to cancel but instead of a 121 about his workload it will now be planning what he does for the next 5 weeks.
