making marmalade

Today I canned for the first time! I made orange marmalade using the recipe from the show "Good Eats". I used oranges from our tree and even included the juice of one of the three lemons on our small lemon tree. Results were great, although I have to explain that the peels are supposed to be left in; we don't eat much marmalade in the States I guess.
