PS Waverley on Loch Long

We had a long hike today, from Glenfinart Bay to Carrick Castle along forestry tracks and a new path that takes the place of the old, boggy one for the last stretch of the walk. We were on our way back when we heard the unmistakable sound of Waverley's paddles below us, and suddenly there she was through the trees, just coming out of Loch Goil. (We'd spotted her heading into Loch Goil, but she was too close to the side of the loch we were on for us to see more than a glimpse of red funnel.)
