Greenland

Today we had very clear views of Greenland as we flew from London to San Francisco. I never get bored of watching the view from my office window! Although most of the passengers were taking naps by this time in the flight (with window shades down), a few observant passengers also had their faces glued to the window. I've had some of the nicest conversations with passengers as we sometimes enjoy the view together and discuss photography, routes, and unusual things we've seen from an airplane window. I think it's such a gift to be able to see such beautiful creation - parts of the world that very few people ever get to see.
