Pretty

Pretty shoes.

I'm very limited in what shoes I can wear. A combination of many things including poor balance, a slightly deformed wee left toe apparently due to a childhood squashed into too-small shoes, a temperamental big left toe for reasons unknown, a lack of practice in wearing high shoes and an inability to care enough to practice and become skilled in this fine art.

This left me in a habit of wearing boring predictable shoes and usually sticking to one pair until it's worn down.

This summer I noticed how many options there were out there for pretty flat shoes.

I did also learn that flat doesn't necessarily mean wearable but I'm having a little fun experimenting.
