Obviously the big thing that happened today was the epic German win over Brazil in the World Cup. Biggs and I were eventually left pretty much speechless as the goals just kept on coming.

Sunday's final (against either Argentina or The Netherlands, of course) will separate the men from the boys.

Very exciting times.

In other news, it rained for a long, long time today, as you can perhaps see in this picture. (I am glad that a couple of the Wiesenblumen make a small appearance on the right hand side of the shot!)
