Survivor

Tired of seeing our paving disfigured and our pot plants eaten by slugs, we declared war yesterday. Many of the trails led to a deep gap at the edge of the paving and then to a hole in a wall, the gap was too deep for birds to search for food but shallow enough for a liberal layer of slug pellets.
Mrs T got up fairly early and swept up the bodies, 20! and those were the ones that were accessible, many more lie at the bottom of the crack.
This seems to be the one that got away.
