blip together - day 7

This is Mrs Hugwell.

She brought props, having spent some time trying to think about what would represent her role in school and out.

Her name isn't really Hugwell, its similar though, but she has been nicknamed that by a former colleague because one of her significant roles in school is the welfare and care of our lower school students. Karen coordinates a variety of different activities, including our TLC scheme which supports students with emotional needs.

Karen is also a cake baker extraordinaire. Sadly I don't often get to be in meetings that Karen runs, but she frequently bakes cakes and brings them in to school and they are scrummy.

So thanks Karen, for the cakes, and for everything that you do for our most vulnerable students, and for agreeing to be on this today.
