A lovely surprise from the other side of the world

Yesterday I had got a mail delivery and I had to go to the post office to get it. It was from my wonderful postcrossing friend (www.postcrossing.com) Ivy from Taiwan.

I had sent Ivy a small Christmas present and now she had sent me a big package. I was quite surprised when I opened the package. There were several items: a lovely notebook with illustrations of a famous Taiwanese artist, a clever table calendar with beautiful photographs from Taiwan and many different postcards.

I was overwhelmed with such generosity. I had not expected anything when I sent her the gift, so this was a lovely surprise.
