Grown from seed as Lilum henryi, this is a plant that should attain several feet in height eventually. Last year there was just one flower on a stem about 1 foot in height, the flower so heavy it nearly touched the ground. This year I have several flowering stems, one with three flowers and maybe two feet tall but again hanging low due to the weight of the flowers on the weak stems. Maybe it wants better light, I must cut back the shrubbery behind it.

Seed was sown in January 2012, maybe by 2016 they'll be as tall as me!
