Old lab

I had cause to drop by our old place of work today. It's incredible how small and dingy it feels now. But I love the familiarity of the building. I know every nook, cranny and curled up linoleum. It makes me sad to see it lying empty, it was always such a busy place. Many many good results have come out of here, and I have many good memories. I wonder how many more times I will wander down the dark corridors before it is closed to me completely.
