Still Life and Death

My "Still Life" is a very dead rabbit, placed in a dead old casserole dish that was buried under volcanic mud for over 60 years. I also have still life in an apple core with pips, a slither of mushroom with spores, a Monarch butterfly chrysalis, plus the eggs which symbolise rebirth. The contradictions are the rabbit appears alive, while the living things appear dead, and the volcanic bubbles are outside the pot.

Not so keen on still life, but had to do one for DIG. so I am sharing it with you.
