New York Philharmonic Orchestra

Enjoyed a nice evening out in Prospect Park in Brooklyn for part of the summer-concert-in-the-park-series, or whatever it's dubbed.

We only planned it at about 4pm and realised how unprepared we were when we arrived to a mass of picnics and rug/chair set-ups. It turns out you can drink in Prospect Park too, something that is almost unheard of in NY. Thankfully a kind gentleman was selling bottles of wine out of his backpack for $20 so we were sorted.

Unfortunately the sound system they were using wasn't fantastic and we were getting bitten alive by the bugs so we didn't stay till the end, but fun none the less and something to tick off the list.
