Magical Mystery Hoops

The band, Br'er Rabbit was playing lively, irresistably foot stompin' tunes that had nearly everyone dancing. Meanwhile, behind the stage, these dancers, part of the March Fourth Marching Band, were getting some last-minute practice in with their hoops. The woman at left was gyrating hoops up and down her body with ease.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening for this outdoor concert, one of several that will take place in downtown Bellingham every Wednesday evening throughout the summer. Today's turnout was huge and wonderful and illustrated once again what a delightfully cool and charming town we live in!
