TOOOOOOOOooooooo Early!

Up at 3.30 AM yes AM, today to get Innes to Prestwick Airport to catch a flight to Perpignan. He is away for two weeks training with the Glasgow Thistles. Glasgow Warriors are also out training with them in Cannes a complex that is used by many Pro and National teams so there is major excitement in the squad.......but its still a ridiculous hour to get up....just saying!
