Ted at the War Memorial!

Today I went shopping with my friend Racheal. We went to a vintage clothes shop which has recently opened in Colne. I bought a dress and she bought some shoes and a bracelet. We were there ages!

Trawden Garden Festival group have put these large poppies with information about the men who died in WW1 who were from Trawden. Also there is a metal plaque with a poem that the President of the Garden Festival has written.

We have had lovely weather again today so lets hope it stays that way for this weekend as Ted and me want to have a good look round the open gardens.
