Dentist helped along a bit just by pulling it out.

Helena was really brave, we have discussed this option last week when went to see him for her sensitive tooth. Xray concluded that the new one was pushing the old one hence tenderness and decision to have it extracted today.

He did explain it to her it will take 2 injections (1 for gum, 1 for palate) and a slight click/crack and pull but she didn't seem to care.

Success … 11 to go :P
