Beech down

A beautiful beech tree got caught in the winter winds in a friend's garden. Too big for sawing through with his chain saw, various branches have been cut off and wood sufficient for many wood burning sessions. Local wood merchant has taken a huge piece of trunk away so at least there is access to the rest of the land. After a walk around the garden off to Dorothy's a delightful tea shop in Hinton St George, also delightful.
