The First One!

The female trainee on the left trying to learn all the ropes of our hydraulic deck crane, is writing history in our companies history books. She is the very first female crewmember on our tugs since this our company started operating them in 1969.
I am proud that she gets the opportunity to make a career in a (before) 100% male job. She will be the first to prove that this work is not only for men because its too dangerous, cold, wet, heavy, difficult and so on. If you want it, you can do it, and that must work for female crew too.
